Everything except the beach. Excellent food and drinks. Room was clean, big and bed comfortable. I would recommend this property to my friends and family. Top notch in every way. I will try another royalton soon hopefully with better beach.

The staff at the Hideaway was excellent. Rodvel was a wonderful butler, very helpful. Francisco Estrada helped us at the Hideaway beach every day and was so friendly and accommodating. He helped us find the best spots, brought us beach snacks throughout the day. He was amazing.

Food was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, and the facilities were lovely. The actual room wasn’t very unique, but it was comfortable and clean. There was a good variety of food among the a la carte restaurants and at the buffet. Every drink I had was delicious and there were a lot of options for excursions/experiences (although we didn’t do any on this trip). I think this resort had a lower rating among the ones we looked at, but it’s definitely worth a stay. We had an excellent time!

The property was beautiful and clean. Staff was amazing. The check in process took forever but Ester and Rosicela came to the rescue and helped expedite the process. We paid for diamond club so we had a butler (Fleury) , didn’t really see him much but he was great about making our dinner reservations and decorating my friends rooms for her bday. The bartenders Juan , Greisy , and Ozuna were AMaZING ! Drinks were strong and they kept the party going . Now let’s get to the food ……. Food was terrible !!! 4 out of 10 of us was sick a day or two while there . All the restaurants where you made reservations at, the food was tasteless and bland. If you stay here don’t waste your time eating at the restaurants, the buffet was the “best” thing that was available. The breakfast was the best meal there so be sure to have breakfast each morning. And the room service was a joke … they never had anything available and the food we did receive was horrible !!! Asked for a Turkey club sandwich and was a brought a sandwich with cut up chicken breast and ham… a joke !!! It’s sad because the resort is beautiful but the food makes me never want to stay here again.
